These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ByteRadar website, dashboard, and API (the “Services”).
1. SERVICES
ByteRadar provides access to structured business-related datasets compiled from publicly available sources. The Services are informational and do not constitute official registries or legal advice.
2. BUSINESS USE ONLY
The Services are intended exclusively for business use. By creating an account or purchasing tokens, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business entity.
3. TOKEN-BASED ACCESS
Access to the Services is provided through a prepaid token system.
Users purchase tokens, which represent prepaid usage credits. Tokens may be used to perform searches, access structured datasets, or make API calls within the platform.
Tokens do not grant ownership of any underlying data.
4. TOKEN USAGE
Each data request or API call deducts tokens based on the pricing model displayed in the dashboard.
The Company reserves the right to modify token pricing and usage structure with prior notice.
5. PAYMENTS
Tokens may be purchased through:
- Bank card payments processed by licensed acquiring providers;
- Cryptocurrency payments processed through third-party providers.
The Company does not store full card details.
Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Token purchases are generally non-refundable once allocated to a user account, except where required by applicable law.
6. PERMITTED USE
Customers may use the data for lawful business purposes such as analytics, research, and market intelligence.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection, marketing, and commercial communication laws.
7. PROHIBITED USE
Customers may not:
- Use the data for unlawful spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- Resell datasets without authorization;
- Reverse engineer, replicate, or scrape the Services;
- Use the Services in violation of applicable laws.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the platform, API, and structured datasets remain the property of ByteRadar.
9. TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for business decisions made using the data.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
