1. General
ByteRadar provides digital services for accessing publicly available business data. All purchases on the platform are made in the form of tokens, which are used to perform searches and access data.
By purchasing tokens, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases
All token purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
This is because:
  • Tokens are considered digital goods
  • Data access is provided instantly after usage
  • The service cannot be “returned” once used

3. Exceptions (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment processed but tokens were not credited to your account
  • Technical failure that prevented the use of the service
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. No Refund After Usage
Once tokens are used (fully or partially), no refund will be issued.
This includes:
  • Completed searches
  • Exported data (CSV or other formats)
  • Consumed tokens for emails or area searches

5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting support first:
  • Your account may be suspended
  • Access to the service may be restricted
We strongly encourage contacting support to resolve any issues.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact:

  • Transaction ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Account email
We will review your request within 3–5 business days.

7. Payment Providers
Payments are processed via third-party providers (acquiring / crypto).
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
